But I think the govt may use this to make sysops responsible for cases, unlike this one, where the sysop has no knowledge or intent of distribution of unlawful materials and that's even more wrong. I think EFF should get involved to the extent that they make sure that this does not happen. I also find it a bit disturbing that some of the acts mentioned are not illegal but the government seems to find something sinister in them. Read part 16 of the indictment on the use of PGP encryption. Tell me what that's all about. Or the use of remailers - which I use all the time.
